Next Point Condominium is a new-build scheme in Rawai, in the south of Phuket, scheduled for completion in 2028. Four seven-storey buildings hold 372 apartments, from studios of 35 m² through one, two and three-bedroom layouts to penthouses of up to 195 m², with 140 parking spaces.
Communal facilities include a rooftop infinity pool and rooftop lounge, a tropical garden with seating areas, a gym, a yoga area, a co-working space, an open-air cinema and commercial units within the development. Security is provided around the clock, and furnished configurations are available.
The sea is roughly 700 to 800 m from the site, with Nai Harn Beach, Rawai Beach and Promthep Cape all a short drive away. Rawai is one of the island's year-round residential districts rather than a purely seasonal one, which supports longer tenancies alongside holiday letting. The developer offers instalment payments, and the transaction can be completed remotely.
