The Title Biancana is a new-build condominium by Rhom Bho Property 200 m from Surin Beach on the west coast of Phuket. Four buildings of five floors on a 12,312 m² site are planned for 343 apartments, with completion stated for the first quarter of 2028. Building C is set aside for residents with pets.

Landscaping takes up 2,930 m² and shared areas 3,805 m²; parking is planned for around 148 cars. Twinpalms, Amanpuri, The Plaza Surin and the Catch and Carpe Diem beach clubs are all nearby. The developer's payment plan is four instalments of 25%.
