Wyndham Fantasea Condo Chalong

Wyndham Fantasea Condo Chalong is a new-build condominium by Fantasea Plus in Chalong, in the south of Phuket, operated under the Wyndham hotel brand. Three eight-storey buildings hold 398 apartments on a site of approximately 7,420 m², with completion scheduled between December 2026 and early 2027.

Layouts are one-bedroom Type A from 28 m², two-bedroom Type B and C from 56 m² with two bathrooms, and three-bedroom Type D of 92 m², all delivered fully furnished with floor-to-ceiling glazing and air conditioning throughout. Facilities include a central swimming pool, landscaped gardens and lounges, a co-working space and function room, a gym, children's play areas, on-site restaurants, a lobby cafe, parking, and 24-hour security with CCTV and key-card access.

Both leasehold and foreign freehold are available, the latter at a premium of around THB 300,000. A Wyndham-managed rental pool operates on a 70/30 split across units of the same type; any yield figure quoted is a projected return under our model, not a guarantee. The sinking fund is THB 600 per m² and the common area fee THB 60 per m² per month. Payment starts with a THB 200,000 booking deposit and 35% on signature of the contract.

Robinson Lifestyle Chalong is walkable, and the southern beaches at Nai Harn, Rawai and Kata are 5 to 15 minutes by car.
